AvenAgro is currently pre-launch. Joining our waitlist is free and does not involve any payment, so there is nothing to refund at this stage. This policy describes how refunds and cancellations will work once commercial ordering goes live, so you know what to expect in advance.
2. Once ordering goes live
When AvenAgro launches paid ordering in your city, this policy will govern all purchases made through the platform. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
3. Perishable produce
Because AvenAgro delivers fresh, perishable organic produce harvested to order, we generally cannot accept returns of items once delivered and accepted in good condition. This is standard practice for fresh farm produce and helps us avoid food waste.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the harvest/packing cut-off shown at checkout for your delivery slot.
- Once an order has entered harvesting or packing, it cannot be cancelled, since produce is picked specifically for that order.
- Subscription boxes can be paused or cancelled before the next billing cycle from your account settings.
5. Quality issues & replacements
If any part of your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or not matching our chemical-free standards, you may report it within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, via the order support option or our support email. Verified issues will be resolved through, at our discretion:
- A free replacement in your next delivery slot; or
- A refund to your original payment method or AvenAgro wallet credit.
6. Refund timelines
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank/payment provider's own processing time. Wallet credits, where applicable, will reflect in your account within 24 hours of approval.
